How Do I Update Billing?

Need to change your subscription or update your payment method? Here's how to do that.

Note: Only Admins and Owners are able to update billing settings.

On your TeamsID dashboard, look for the little wheel next to your team name. Click on it to go to Account Settings:

On the Account Settings tab, select Billing:

How to update the card on file:

Click on the "Update" button to the right of "Update billing information":

The screen to enter your card information will pop up in a new prompt. If you do not see this prompt, please check your pop-up settings. The prompt should look like this:
