What to do if your teammate is not receiving the invite

You have invited a teammate to join you on TeamsID, but they haven't received the invite. Here are some suggestions:

  1. Double-check that their email address is spelled correctly.

  2. Check the Spam or Trash folders for the invite.

Still having issues? Contact support via the chat button at the bottom right of the screen or email [email protected] with the email address of the teammate that you are trying to invite.
