Note: To share a record outside of TeamsID the user must be the record's creator or be an admin of the team the record is shared with.

Step 1. Select the record you would like to share outside of TeamsID. You can search for your record in the top menu search bar or manually in your list of records.

Step 2. Click the Sharing icon in the record's menu bar. You will then be presented with a text box to add your comment.

Step 3. Click the Generate Link button.

Step 4. Copy the generated link and share outside of TeamsID or add their emails to the text box titled Send link to:

Congratulations! You have successfully shared a record outside of TeamsID.
